Most convenient gym for they have multiple locations and 24 hrs open. As i do have different work time and location too. I do not have to worry missing out my work out. DSO branch is my first location i have been to, classes are good ,friendly staff. And clean. So far i am enjoying it. I Would love to explore more.

Gymnation silicon oasis is the worlds best gym. Not because of the first class equipment but the friendly staff. Specially Margaret on the counter is simply the best. She is very helpful. She always greet me like a family member by name.

Nice and well maintained gym on second floor of the souq extra 2. Separate parking available. Multiple classes but only bad thing is to book on app for your classes and timings.

I love to be at this gym and it makes me work harder more and more.Their are all sorts of equipments and weights which you can switch between them considering an exercise and if the machine is already taken, there are extras or another machine to substitute for the same exercise.The place is very airy and the equipment is highly sanitized and kept clean at all times.

Coolest Gym Ever!! I have recommended it to so many of my friends and everyone loves being at Gymnation! You get to vibe with super efficient trainers, tempting machines and constructive fun classes. Also, the fact that the machines are sanitized at all times, helpers are mostly on toes all around the place. Creative and colorful ambience, totally gets you in the mood for lifting. Branch is not over crowded - this place is highly recommended. Lastly - beautiful dressing rooms to get ready incase you are hoping out after workouts.

The best part when entering this gym is their front desk it is very friendly and transparent with all the details provided, The facilities are provided in seconds upon request, Equipment are always inspected and are allowed to use once the safety standards are met, the enhance fitness team members are very friendly and there are times they do inform newbies of the proper techniques to use an equipment. Sufficient parking unless you trying to drive a 8 wheeler truck inside the parking you rarely have a reason to complain.

I changed recently from GymNation Motor City to Silicon Oasis due to my moving. The team at the reception helped with the contract movement. They are so friendly and helpful. I was already impressed from GymNation in Motor City but in Silicon Oasis I really feel comfortable like home. I visit mostly the classes and the trainer are so welcoming but in the same time challenging you to reach your limit which Im very happy about it. The gym is very clean and everything is new. Can really recommend it.

This is currently the closest large gym to Dubailand and It’s a really great facility. I like to work out on my own plus attend a mixture of classes (there’s several to choose from). The group class instructors are some of the best I have come across and the classes are both intense and fun. There’s a great outdoor workout terrace area- which I absolutely love, as you can really break a sweat there and get a lot out of your workout (especially in the current heat!).

My Wife and I joined and found a clean, professional gym with an excellent range of training and work out options. The staff are very friendly, thank you to Margaret on the front desk who ensured everything ran smoothly. The app is really easy to navigate and we are getting fitter and stronger. Thanks

I have just moved from Motor city to Silicon Oasis Gymnation. I need to say the experience is just great. Met Margaret at the front desk and she is just so wonderful and very helpful. She continuously followed up with me to ease the transfer process. Highly professional and just a great person.The gym itself is so well equipped and very clean.Parking is available in the garage and equipment is enough for everyone. Im very happy with this gym. Staff is nice and professional and there are cleaners taking care of the gym so Ive never had a problem to find equipment I needed for my workout. The music is creating good atmosphere. I have tried Zumba class and I loved it, Im definitely going to come back to that and try some different as well. 100% recommend to join.

But roles of this gym are you must to be 30 kilometres far from the gym so you can cancel. You are insane guys. That is covering entire Dubai.And on the top of that not replying on my emails for 7 days. I wish I never subscribe.

There is nothing that you cant love about this Gym, the staff and the wonderful trainers. They have a bag full of activities/ trainings / classes there but Pilates, Yoga and Zumba tops for me.

When you are a customer and get disrespected that is not ok. When a staff member or a manager is yelling at you as customer or a person that is not ok plus the fact that this is UAE. This kind of behavior can be reported to consumer rights who can fine the the place and solve any issues the angry staff didn’t help you with and you can open a police case for the attitude any of their staff talk to you about so please don’t ignore. I’m failing a police case with my lawyer and you should too. We live in UAE there is rules, there is a way to deal, talk and communicate with people, if it was not followed please don’t ignore and escalate this to the concerned department in Police and economic department.FYI they ask people to add a good reviews and ask them to delete it if it was bad so most of the good reviews here are either fake or from the team themselves/friends.Regarding your reply Gym Nation LOL. What do you mean “the part you are throwing items at the staff on the reception”? This is not even my name in your subscription! How do you know who am I ? GymNation at DSO is an excellent place to workout. The ambiance is quite vibrant and jazzy with lot of new equipment and dedicated areas for different workouts.The space outside is awesome to workout in fresh air and am surely going to use it once the weather cools down a bit.

One of the most affordable gym memberships in the UAE but still with state of the art equipment. I love that the gym is open 24 hours which allows me to come in whenever it’s convenient for me. They observe social distancing and clean their equipment at all times. Very amazing service. They also have a healthy bar where u can grab snacks and smoothies before and after my workout.will highly recommend !!

Of all the gyms I’ve been a member of in the UAE - this is by far the best. The facilities are great and the team could not be more friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk. The quality of the personal training team is also very high. My trainer, Nathalie, is outstanding - the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! Only thing I would say is play more rock and less hip hop…but that’s my choice.Top notch equipment, great staff, loads of parking space and easy accessibility – perfect.

I got one free session of a personal trainer named Jeff.He was very professional. He took me through the basics understanding of how work outs go hand in hand with correct diet. He was very knowledgeable on how to train me on specific areas of my concerned. He took me to specific machines and showed me how to work on them to target the areas to work on. keep the good work going on.👏👏Receptionist was very professional they assisted me in a polite manner. Gave me all the information I needed and all the concerns that I had.Gym was very organized they have a lot of classes to train in case you dont want to train on your own.Gym is not crowded and has a clean ambient.!!

This gym is AMAZING! It’s very fun and vibrant with brightly coloured equipment and very Instagramable decor! The gym is big with a lot of equipment and machines to use. They also have an outdoor workout area and a separate room for classes. There is a great vibe and energy. I highly recommend!

The gym is big, well spread out, and has a great changing room. The machines are good quality and the weights have good grips. I have been a founding member of the branch and enjoyed it thoroughly while i lived in the area. Only giving it 4 stars because some people tend to come in without towels and the gym should be more strict about it.
